Joining a Session

Most people join the teleconference sessions with their web browser. 

  1. Obtain your session key. (This will be provided by Demco.)
  2. Enter your Session Key and click Glance nin the box to the left side of this page.

Follow the on screen instructions and you will be connected. It is that easy. 

Most Java-enabled browsers can view a Glance session, including those running on Microsoft, Apple, Sun and Linux operating systems. Click Here to see if your browser and Internet connection support Glance.

Clicking the Can You Glance  link takes you to a web page that checks your computer for Glance compatibility.

To join in a teleconference with multiple participants, the call in details are provided below:

Call in to 1-605-715-4970

Type in the guest code: 255416 and the pound (#) key.

You will have entered the teleconference. Once inside, use the *6 key to mute or unmute your phone as appropriate.

Dial the conference line:

Use *6 to mute or unmute call
(As appropriate or directed by host)

Host functions:
*5 -Lock or unlock the conference
*6 - (Everyone) Mute or un-mute yourself (Tip: *6 is also *M for "Mute")
*7 - (Host only) Rotate the call between Conversation, Q&A and Presentation modes
*9 - (Host only) Toggle entry and exit chimes off and on
*# - (Host only) Report the number of guests on the call
